    Dobrý den, všiml jsem si, že Michal Nusko hovoří ve videu o kvasinkách Safale US-05 ale v kitu vidím Lallemand Bry-97. Má to nějaký konkrétní důvod? Čistota, méně zákalu a neutrální profil? Lze si případně říct o US-05 v rámci kitu? Děkuji Míra T.

    This is the best for kettle souring and way better than Philly Sour yeast for sour beers. You'll get plenty of lactic acid, lots of citrus flavor and bit of tropical flavors. Highly recommend.
