Vic Secret is an Australian dual-purpose variety with a bright tropical character: pineapple, passion fruit and pine over a herbal background.
It shows best in the whirlpool and in dry hopping; in the late boil it takes on an earthier tone. Its profile recalls Galaxy, but lighter and softer.
Ideal for IPA and modern hop-forward beers.
