Basic malt
We offer a wide range of basic malts for the production of the most diverse beers. Most can be used in bulking up to 100% and some are available in organic quality. Like all our malts, these are slow germinated and dried very gently, ensuring they are rich in enzymes. Our base malts have excellent processing properties. By combining locally grown ingredients and gentle processing, we provide the ideal base for your beers. The production process for all our base malts fully complies with the German beer purity guidelines "Reinheitsgebot".
