    BEST Pilsen is a Pilsner-type base malt, rich in enzymes and extract.

    In beer it gives a clean, gently malty base that lets both hops and yeast shine. Its high enzymatic strength handles even a large share of specialty malts in the grist.

    Makes up to 100% of the grist. The base for Pilsner, Lagers, Helles, Kölsch and Export: and the starting malt for most other styles.
