Bio Pilsner malt imparts a fresh and rounded flavor to beer. It can be used for all types of pale beers and also forms an excellent "light" and enzyme-rich base for nearly all beer styles. The malt characteristics include low protein content, high extract content, light color, and high enzymatic activity.
