Product detailed description

Beerex floor-malted Pilsner-type malt is made using traditional methods on malting floors in a Czech malting house and is less dusty.

It gives a very pale colour and a clean, full malty character; excellent friability and quick saccharification make work in the brewhouse easier.

Makes up to 100% of the grist. For Czech Lagers, Pilsners and pale specials.
