    Crisp Chevallier Heritage is a base malt from the historic English barley variety Chevallier, which Crisp revived: in the 19th century it was the barley behind most English beers.

    It gives a distinctly malty, full character with notes of orange marmalade and fresh bread, and a long finish.

    Makes 80–100% of the grist. For Golden Ale, IPA, DIPA, Barley Wine and historic English styles.
