    Crisp Vienna Malt is a Vienna-type base malt from English two-row barley, kilned to a slightly higher temperature than pale ale malts.

    It gives a golden wort and a sweetly bready aroma with notes of caramelised sugar, fruit and gentle spice.

    Makes up to 100% of the grist. For Vienna Lager, Alt, Kellerbier and Kölsch.
