Product detailed description

BEST Vienna is a Vienna-type base malt made from two-row barley.

It gives beer a rich golden colour and a pleasantly full malty flavour; a higher protein content than Pilsner malt gives the foam a noticeable boost.

Makes up to 100% of the grist. For Export, Märzen and Porter as well as other amber beers.
