Product detailed description

BEST Munich is a Munich-type base malt for amber to dark beers.

It accentuates a full malty flavour and shifts the colour towards amber; a higher protein content improves foam stability. The malt character comes through even at a smaller share of the grist.

Makes up to 100% of the grist. For Export, Märzen, Alt, wheat beers, Bock and strong beers.
