    Crisp No 19 Floor-Made Maris Otter is Maris Otter malted the old way on malting floors: kilned slowly for three days in a natural draught.

    Compared with conventionally kilned Maris Otter it gives a deeper flavour: rich biscuity maltiness, a bready base and a smooth finish.

    Makes 80–100% of the grist. For Best Bitter, Porter and Barley Wine.
