    Product detailed description

    Crisp Extra Light Crystal (Crystal 100) is a pale crystal malt: the grain goes through caramelisation that crystallises its sugars.

    It adds a clean, nutty-caramel sweetness and a strong caramel aroma with a gently fruity undertone, without roasted notes.

    Dosed at up to 10% of the grist. For Milds, Bitters and pale Ales.
