    Product detailed description

    Crisp Rye Malt is a rye malt.

    At smaller doses it adds toffee and caramel notes, at higher ones an earthy-spicy rye character; it improves foam and fullness and gives a reddish shade.

    Dosed at up to 15% of the grist: rye carries more beta-glucans, so rice hulls help at higher doses. For Rye IPA, rye Pale Ales, Red Ale and Roggenbier.
