    BEST Chit Malt is an auxiliary malt from only briefly germinated barley, rich in high-molecular-weight proteins.

    In beer it primarily improves foam stability — it balances out even a grist with highly modified malts; it does not affect the beer's colour.

    Dosed at up to 15% of the grist, in any beer that needs foam support.
