    Product detailed description

    Crisp Dextrin Malt is an auxiliary malt: germination is deliberately limited, so longer sugar chains (dextrins) stay in the grain.

    It improves the body, fullness and foam of the beer without adding colour or pronounced flavour.

    Makes 5–15% of the grist. For Golden Ale, Pilsner-type beers and Session IPA, wherever a fuller body is needed.
