    BEST Rye Malt is a rye malt.

    It gives beer a velvety soft, full mouthfeel, a distinctive complexity and an aroma recalling bread crumb. Because rye has no husks and a higher share of gums, it is best kept below 50% of the grist — lautering problems can occur above that.

    For rye beers, Rye IPA and multi-grain and top-fermented beers.
