    Crisp Roasted Barley is strongly roasted unmalted barley.

    It gives beer an intense dark colour, a pronounced roasted character and a dry, firm finish; the roasted grain also mildly acidifies the mash.

    Dosed at up to 5% of the grist. The backbone of Irish Stouts; with Chocolate and Black Malt it builds a balanced, complex roasted profile.
