    Crisp Extra Pale Malt is a very pale base malt from Norfolk barley with high modification.

    It gives a clean malty base with a gentle note of fruity pastry; its very pale colour leaves room for hops and yeast.

    Makes up to 100% of the grist. For Golden Ale, Blonde, Lagers and Pale Ale.
