Product detailed description

Crisp Dark Crystal (Crystal 400) is the darkest of the Crisp crystal malts — here the caramelisation is taken furthest.

It gives beer notes of raisins, sultanas, plums and dark dried fruit with caramel; residual sweetness gives way to a gently bitter tone.

Dosed at up to 10% of the grist. For Porter and ruby Ales.
