    BEST Heidelberg Wheat Malt is an especially pale wheat malt from wheat varieties that pick up minimal colour during malting.

    It gives beer a fresh, typically wheaty character at a very pale colour; the wheat proteins support body and foam.

    Usually makes around 60% of the grist. For pale wheat beers, pale top-fermented specials and pale low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beers.
