    BEST Oat Malt is an oat malt made from naked (hulless) oats.

    It gives beer a velvety mouthfeel and a stable haze; the aroma is gently nutty, at higher doses also fruity. The higher fat content can slightly weaken the foam.

    Makes up to 50% of the grist. For oat beers, Oatmeal Stout, Oatmeal IPA and dark and winter beers.
