BEST Oat Malt is made from hulled naked oats. Oats provide a silky mouthfeel, which at higher grain ratios produces not only a lightly nutty typical
aroma but also fruity notes and stable turbidity. The increased fat content in the grain slightly affects foam stability. A lower starch content results in a lower extract yield.
Oat malt is rich in folates as well as vitamins B6 and E.
The malt is huskless.
