Product detailed description

Crisp Naked Oat Malt is malted naked (hulless) oats.

It gives beer creaminess and a full mouthfeel with a gently biscuity, toasty tone. A higher beta-glucan content can slow lautering: at higher doses a combination with oat flakes helps.

Makes up to 30% of the grist. For NEIPA, Oatmeal Stout and oat Pale Ales.
