    Crisp Light Crystal (Crystal 150) is a lighter crystal malt.

    It gives beer rich caramel with a gently spicy aftertaste and a reddish shade.

    Dosed at up to 10% of the grist. For Bitters, Best Bitters, Milds and ruby beers.
