Product detailed description

BEST Wheat Malt is a base wheat malt from quality brewing wheat.

It gives beer a fresh, typically wheaty character. A higher protein content than Pilsner malt brings a fuller body and markedly better foam stability.

In wheat beers it usually makes around 60% of the grist; a smaller share improves body and foam in other top-fermented beers too. For wheat beers, Kölsch and non-alcoholic beers.
