    BEST Spelt Malt is a spelt malt from southern German spelt.

    It gives beer a typical spelt character with notes of gooseberry and lemon, and improves the stability of both foam and haze.

    Makes up to 60% of the grist. For spelt beers, top-fermented specials and multi-grain beers.
