    Crisp Medium Crystal (Crystal 240) is the middle grade of the crystal malts.

    It adds intense dark caramel with notes of spiced coffee and dark fruit, and a deep copper colour.

    Dosed at up to 10% of the grist. For Best Bitters, Milds and Porters (not recommended for Stouts).
