    Crisp Extra Pale Maris Otter is a paler version of the English Maris Otter malt, grown and malted in Norfolk.

    It offers the typical biscuity maltiness of Maris Otter in a cleaner, paler form: hops and yeast get more room.

    Makes up to 100% of the grist. For Blonde, Pale Ale, pale European styles and fuller Lagers.
