BEST NP Ultra-Pale is a base malt from special varieties of quality brewing barley that goes through only a minimal colour change during malting. The result: a malt for the palest beers possible.

Its delicate malt flavour lets hops and yeast stand out, and thanks to its rich enzymatic strength it works as a reliable pale base for any beer style.

Makes up to 100% of the grist for Pale Ale, pale premium Lagers and Pilsners as well as light beers.
