BEST Heidelberg is a base malt from barley varieties that pick up almost no colour during malting.
It gives beer a very pale colour and a clean, delicate malt profile; it is enzymatically very active, so it reliably converts even the specialty malts in the grist.
Makes up to 100% of the grist. For very pale Pilsners, Lagers and light beers: wherever colour should stay as low as possible.
