    Product detailed description

    BEST Acidulated is an acidulated malt for adjusting the pH of the mash.

    A lower pH increases enzyme activity and yield, improves flavour stability and gives a paler wort; it is worth confirming the exact dose with a test mash.

    Usually dosed at up to 5% of the grist, in any beer where the mash pH needs optimising.
