Eclipse is an Australian variety with sweet mandarin, bold citrus zest and notes of fresh pine needles.

It is versatile across the brew; it shows best in the whirlpool and the dry hop.

Recommended for IPA, NEIPA and Pale Ale as well as Lagers and wheat beers.
