Ella is an Australian variety that changes character with the dose: in smaller amounts it is spicy and floral with notes of star anise; in larger doses or in the dry hop, tropical fruit and grapefruit step forward.

A high content of hop oils lets it stand up even to a robust malt base.

An all-rounder from Lagers to bold IPAs.
