Cascade is an American classic that helped define modern craft beer. Its character comes from unmistakable grapefruit with floral notes and a hint of pine and spice.
A dual-purpose hop: it delivers a medium, clean bitterness, but comes into its own in late additions and dry hopping.
A cornerstone of American Pale Ale; great in IPA and Session IPA too. It combines well with Centennial, Citra or Chinook.
