    Centennial in Cryo form: grapefruit, lemon and orange over a floral base. Concentrated lupulin with double the intensity, ideal for dry hopping.

    Centennial is an American dual-purpose variety with a pronounced citrus profile: grapefruit, lemon and orange over a floral base with earthy pine. The strength of its aroma earned it the nickname “Super Cascade”.

    Cryo Hops form: concentrated lupulin separated from whole hop cones at extremely low temperatures, with the essential oils and resins preserved. The pellets are roughly twice as intense as T90 pellets: plan on about half the usual dose. Less plant material also means lower beer losses and a cleaner expression with no grassy notes.
