CTZ Hops (Columbus) (USA)
Product detailed description
Columbus (CTZ) is an American high-alpha hop and one of the most used bittering varieties in craft brewing. Its aroma combines citrus with dank resin and earthy, spicy herbs.
The bitterness it gives is strong and clean; dry hopping adds a darker, resinous character to the beer.
Ideal for IPA, Double IPA and Pale Ale; it also works in Stout and Porter.
