Centennial is an American dual-purpose variety with a bold citrus profile: grapefruit, lemon and orange over a floral base with earthy pine. The strength of its aroma earned it the nickname "Super Cascade".

It lays down a firm, clean bittering base; late additions add a citrus bite.

A classic for West Coast IPA and Pale Ale; it also sits well in Red Ale or American wheat beer.
