    Citra is an American aroma variety and one of the most sought-after hops in craft brewing. Grapefruit and lime lead the aroma, backed by peach and lychee.

    A high oil content gives beer an intense, juicy hop character, and the bitterness stays soft even at high alpha levels.

    Citra can be added on the hot or the cold side; late additions and dry hopping bring out the most aroma. Ideal for Pale Ale, IPA, Double IPA and NEIPA.
