    Mosaic is an American variety with an unusually complex aroma profile: blueberry, tangerine and papaya meet tropical fruit and soft floral notes in a single hop. That mosaic of flavours gave the variety its name.

    A high alpha content makes it a dual-purpose hop: it can cover the bittering addition, but it is at its best in late additions and dry hopping, where the layers of its profile unfold.

    One of the most popular hops for modern IPA and NEIPA. It works on its own or as the backbone of a hop blend.
