Idaho 7 is a mature hop with a spicy mandarin flavor reminiscent of marmalade. Its uniqueness is expressed through a pleasant herbal character that blends with citrus and adds a subtle flavor of Earl Grey tea.

Idaho 7 is a dual-purpose hop that can stand alone in a recipe as a single hop but also works well in combination with hops like Mosaic, Citra, Chinook, Simcoe, Lotus, Centennial, and Azacca.
