Mosaic®, developed by Hop Breeding Company and released in 2012, features a high alpha content and is characterized by a unique and complex aromatic profile that translates well into various beer styles.
It is a daughter of Simcoe® and a male derived from Nugget. Mosaic® is named in honor of the artistic array of aromas and flavors it can present.
