    Ekuanot is an American aroma variety with an unusually broad palette of fruit: lemon, lime, orange, papaya and berries, at times joined by herbal notes of sage and eucalyptus.

    It is used mainly in late boil additions and dry hopping, where its layered fruit aroma unfolds best.

    Great for IPA and Pale Ale, giving them a different fruit dimension than the usual citrus varieties.
