    El Dorado is an American dual-purpose variety with a juicy profile of tropical fruit: pear, melon and stone fruit with a sweet, almost candy-like impression.

    It gives a gentle, balanced bitterness; late additions let the tropical fruit unfold in full.

    It fits anywhere fruit should play the lead: from Pale Ale to IPA and NEIPA.
