    Simcoe is an American variety known for pairing pine with fruit: grapefruit and passion fruit over a resinous, slightly earthy base with wild berry notes.

    A dual-purpose hop in the true sense: its high alpha acid content covers the bittering, while the bold aroma comes through fully in late additions and dry hopping.

    It excels in Pale Ale, IPA and Double IPA, and adds an interesting dimension to Lagers, Wild Ales and Red Ales.
