    Summit is an American high-alpha hop with a spicy profile: pepper and anise with orange, pink grapefruit and tangerine.

    It is used mainly for bittering. At higher doses it can develop sulphur notes of garlic and onion: dose with care.

    For West Coast IPA, Imperial IPA, Barley Wine and Stout.
