    Summit is an American high-alpha hop with a spicy profile — pepper and anise with orange, pink grapefruit and tangerine.

    It is used mainly for bittering; the aroma is earthy with light citrus. At higher doses it can develop sulphur (garlic/onion) notes — dose with care.

    For American IPA and boldly bitter beers.
