Eureka! is an American variety with a high alpha acid content and a darker fruit profile: blackcurrant and dark fruit with grapefruit, herbs and a hint of pine and resin.

A high hop oil content means a strong aroma; you get the most out of it in late hopping and the dry hop.

For beers with bold aroma and bitterness alike: IPA, Double IPA or darker hop-forward beers.
