    Mosaic in Cryo form: blueberry, tangerine and papaya with tropical fruit and soft floral notes. Concentrated lupulin with double the intensity, ideal for dry hopping.

    Mosaic is an American variety with an unusually complex aroma profile: blueberry, tangerine and papaya meet tropical fruit and soft floral notes in a single hop.

    Cryo Hops form: concentrated lupulin separated from whole hop cones at extremely low temperatures, with the essential oils and resins preserved. The pellets are roughly twice as intense as T90 pellets: plan on about half the usual dose. Less plant material also means lower beer losses and a cleaner expression with no grassy notes.
