Amarillo is an American aroma variety with signature notes of sweet orange — orange zest and grapefruit, backed by tropical fruit and floral-spicy undertones.

Its bitterness is smooth and unobtrusive. It shows best in late additions and dry hopping.

Ideal for Pale Ale, IPA, Double IPA, Session IPA and Amber Ale.
