Cascade is an American classic that helped define modern craft beer. Its character comes from unmistakable grapefruit with floral notes and a hint of pine and spice.
Cryo Hops form: concentrated lupulin separated from whole hop cones at extremely low temperatures, with the essential oils and resins preserved. The pellets are roughly twice as intense as T90 pellets — plan on about half the usual dose. Less plant material also means lower beer losses and a cleaner expression with no grassy notes.
