    Galaxy is the best-known Australian hop on the world stage. Juicy passion fruit leads the aroma, with peach and fresh citrus.

    It shows strongest in late additions and dry hopping. In young beer it comes across as very intense; with maturation the hop character softens and rounds out.

    Made for modern styles: XPA, Pacific Ale, Hazy Pale Ale, IPA and NEIPA.
