    Strata is an American variety with a layered fruit profile — passion fruit and strawberry next to dried fruit, underpinned by dank cannabis notes.

    A versatile hop: at the end of the boil it gives rounded tropical fruit, while dry hopping adds grapefruit and cannabis character.

    Ideal for IPA and Pale Ale; it also works in interesting ways in Sours, Saison or Lager.
